A four way spigot is used in conjunction with air cooled lighting.

Two four way spigots are pictured. The two lines of 75mm diameter inlet vents are arranged about 100° apart, although products supplied may vary. Note the seal on the base of the can of the left spigot - like a tin can. Also note the apparent flaw on the inside of the right spigot. This is actually a welding artifact. At this position on the outside of the can is one of two fixtures for suspending the spigot with chain.
