The unconventional design of the White Fire light allows the two reflectors to be positioned independantly. This could be to evenly light one large plant, two plants, a dark corner of a growroom, or positioned laterally to light two propagators.

The White Fire has specially coated tubes designed to emit the frequencies of light most useful to plants. This is intended to create maximum efficiency. Fluorescent tubes are especially ideal for growing seedlings and cuttings in propagators. If you purchase a long tube, it can be used to light two or three propagators in a row.

Fluorescent tubes are typically used for propagation and maintaining mother plants from which cuttings are taken. For general purpose horticultural lighting, we recommend the 1000 Watt, air cooled, sodium lighting system. Light is the only source of energy for a plant and therefore plant growth is proportional to light received. 1000 Watts is usually the perfect choice.
